The cowboy bar shooter stage is a very tough one because the cups usually line up in rows of 4 instead of 3. However, if you are better at counting by even numbers, you can shoot four of them at a time by pressing the row of buttons using your index and middle fingers on both hands at the same time.
The world record times may seem completely out of reach, and they are. So forget about trying to get the world record times unless you have a hacked iPhone or Android, and you have a cheat that can slow the time down in the game. That’s the only way to get ridiculous records that exist on every stage in this game, except for the “stop the time just before” stages, which are within reach if you’re good enough.
Another tip during the jackpot stage (stage 4 in Normal mode) is to keep your finger over one single button most of the time and be ready to tap it extremely quickly. Statistically, 3 out of your 6 answers can always be done with one button – for example, yellow works for either Yellow, Not Red, or Not Blue. Move your finger around as little as possible. And on this (and other “three choice” stages) make sure to relax. Ironically, slowing yourself down is often the key to finishing the stage faster and getting an “S” on the stage.
Remember when we mentioned how difficult level 342 is? It turns out we were slightly mistaken. Level 409 is even more challenging that we thought it would be. The easy stages in Hardest Game Ever 2, looking back now, were actually pretty friggin’ easy to execute. The medium ones, which we looked at in part two of the guide, were no joke but they were still not that bad (except for that stupid I Love Maths stage, which should have been part of the hard stages).Now, the hard stages are where it REALLY gets dicey.
